									To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via support@serialdepotusa.com providing the order number and reason for return. Upon verification, detailed return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label will be provided when applicable.
Please note that customers are responsible for the safe return of the item using a trackable shipping method. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as SerialDepotUSA cannot be held liable for lost or damaged return shipments.								
				
					
Refund Process
				
				
									Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund approval notification will be sent via email. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
