Product Description:

Akfix ThermCoat is a high-performance, single-component polyurethane spray foam that provides exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation for buildings, vehicles, and marine structures. It creates a seamless, gap-free layer that replaces traditional insulation materials like polystyrene boards, rock wool, and glass wool. Environmentally conscious, it contains no ozone-depleting propellants.

Usage Instructions

Shake can thoroughly before use
Use Nozzle A for walls and Nozzle B for ceilings
Attach can to gun; always spray can upside down
Vertical surfaces: Spray from 12–18 inches
Ceilings: Spray from 6–8 inches
Apply in minimum 3 layers to reach 2″ for optimal insulation
Clean gun and nozzles immediately after application
Curing time: 24 hours
Tack-free time: 4 minutes
