Stanley Thermal & Sound Insulation Spray Foam is a single-component, high-performance polyurethane foam designed to provide seamless and continuous thermal and acoustic insulation. It is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional materials like EPS, XPS, glass wool, and rock wool. The foam is easily applied using an applicator gun and is free of ozone-depleting gases.

How to Use

Surface Prep: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and lightly moistened
Can Temp: Best at 68°F; usable between 41°F – 86°F
Nozzles:
Nozzle A – vertical applications
Nozzle B – ceiling/horizontal applications
Application Distance:
12–18” for walls
6–8” for ceilings
Apply in Layers: Minimum 3 layers recommended for 2” insulation
Clean-up:
Fresh foam: Foam Cleaner
Cured foam: Mechanical removal Avoid pausing more than 5 minutes between sprays
